How to become a Seller/Vendor at Smiley’s

It is easy to become a vendor at Smiley’s. All you need to do is rent a space and start selling! That’s it. How simple. Smiley’s does all the advertising and promotion to get the customers to you! We have two places that you can sell.

1. The Outside Spaces/Yard Sale Area

No reservations necessary for outside spaces! Come as early as you like, set up and start selling.Smiley’s will come by and collect later. Spaces/Tables are one for $15, 2 for $20, or three for $30. We have over 400 tables in the Yard Sale area, but they fill up fast so come early.

2. The Inside Spaces and Shop area

These are covered or totally enclosed spaces/shops. Inside Spaces and Shops must be reserved in advance by coming to the office or calling us at 478-788-3700. Rates vary depending on size and location. We offer everything from a 10′ x 10′ table space to an entire building. Inside spaces/shops can be rented on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Monthly shop rentals start at $200/month. We do allow food vendors, so please check with the office for availability.
